1. Digital Products Only

Brandorithm exclusively provides digital products and software services. As a result, there is no physical shipping involved in any of our transactions. All products — including source codes, scripts, applications, templates, and digital assets — are delivered electronically via your account dashboard.

We do not ship any physical goods and are therefore not subject to traditional shipping carrier policies or physical delivery timelines.

2. How Digital Delivery Works

Upon successful payment, your order goes through the following process:

1. Payment Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed by Razorpay, you will receive an automated confirmation email at the email address registered with your account.
2. Order Review: Our team reviews the order to ensure all details are accurate and the product files are ready for access.
3. Access Granted: Upon approval, the digital product becomes available for download in your Dashboard → Order History.
4. Email Notification: You will receive an email notification confirming your order is ready for download.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines may be extended during national holidays, server maintenance windows, or exceptional circumstances. We will proactively communicate any delays.

4. Download Access & Limitations

• Digital files are accessible from your account dashboard for the duration of your account being active.
• Download links are tied to your registered account and are non-transferable.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Unauthorized sharing of account access is a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• We recommend downloading your files promptly after purchase and keeping a personal backup.

5. Failed or Missing Delivery

If you have not received access to your purchased product within the stated timeline:

1. Check your Dashboard → Orders section first.
2. Check your email inbox and spam/junk folder for our confirmation email.
3. Ensure you are logged in with the same email address used during purchase.
4. If the issue persists, contact us at support@brandorithm.com with your Order ID, and we will resolve it within 4 business hours.

6. Geographic Availability

Brandorithm's digital products are available worldwide. However, our payment gateway (Razorpay) currently processes payments primarily for Indian customers (INR). International customers may experience payment limitations. Please contact us if you are facing payment issues.
